How can I place an order with Onirique Factory LTD ?

You simply request a quote. Our team creates your client account and sends you a detailed, all-inclusive proposal.

How do I access my client account ?

Our sales team creates your client space, introduces themselves, and sends your login details.

How can I track the progress of my project ?

At launch, your project manager provides a timeline. We also share a white-label working URL and set up a dedicated Slack channel for your project.

I don’t have Divi, Elementor, or the required plugins. What happens ?

We provide the licenses for Divi, Elementor, and many premium plugins for both builders.
What if my client asks for changes ?
No problem — changes within the original scope are free. For additional requests, we’ll provide a clear quote based on the new requirements.
Is there any commitment or quota ?
No, you work at your own pace with no volume requirements or long-term commitments.

Why are your prices so low ?

We’ve specialized in white-label development for 20 years and built efficient processes that allow us to deliver high-quality work quickly and cost-effectively.

What is included in the price?

Custom website, content integration, quality checks, deployment, SEO setup, domain name, hosting, Divi/Elementor/plugin licenses. Logo and content writing are optional add-ons.

What payment methods do you accept ?
Bank transfer and Stripe.

Can I pay in installments ?

Yes. 50% upfront and the balance upon delivery. For orders over $1,500, payment in 3 installments is available.

What are the payment terms ?

50% upon order confirmation, 50% upon delivery.

If you are part of our Reseller program, we accept a single payment at the end of the month.

Communication

How does communication work during the project ?

We create a dedicated Slack channel where you can talk directly with the entire team. You can also reach us via WhatsApp anytime.

What if there’s an urgent issue ?

Slack and WhatsApp are both monitored and available for urgent matters.

After delivery

What happens after the website is delivered ?

You receive super admin and hosting credentials. We offer 30 days of post-launch support and a training session on how to use your site.

What if I don’t want to manage the website myself ?

You can subscribe to our webmastering service, and we’ll handle everything — maintenance, security, and more.

What do I have to pay after the first year ?

Nothing, unless you continue hosting with us — in which case, the annual fee is $65 USD starting from the second year.

Do I own my website ?

Yes. Once the final payment is made, you have full ownership of your site and its content.
